Call for Tender Manager

Skills in transport and automobile logistics planning
Adapting, preparing, implementing and monitoring transport plans
Organizing subcontractor carriers
Active monitoring, punctuality monitoring, identifying corrective action, integrity, a pro-active nature
accompanying sales representatives to meet customers during tender negotiations to identify needs and objectives both in terms of results and presentation, analysis and segmentation of calls for tender according to geographical zones,
identifying ways to centralize, synchonize and optimize flows,
identifying existing resources and using sourcing tools together with the Operations Department,
request for quotations from selected service providers,
capacity checks,
drafting replies to calls for tender:
allocating flows,
drafting outsourcing contracts
monitoring contracts,
pro-active follow-up throughout the duration of the contract

Transport Buyer, Operator and Affreightment Agent, EUROPE

Strong relationships with German and/or Spanish carriers
Creation, organization and monitoring of subcontracted operations
Optimizing flows, managing part and full loads
Constant telephone contact with the firm's customers, drivers and chartered vehicles
Knowledge of social and road haulage regulations
Exchange of information with the Sales Department
Monitoring the quality of all operations under their responsibility
Maintaining and optimizing the outsourced portfolio
Quality monitoring, financial monitoring and optimization of the 'partner carriers' portfolio
Negotiation and finalization of purchasing contracts
Occasional trips within Europe
Target: industrial key accounts
